Sickness Certificates

Doctors do not issue sick notes for the first week of sickness. Up to the first seven days please self-certificate at your place of work. 

If you require a certificate for this period, a private note will be issued and a fee will be payable.

If you are still unfit for work after seven days a free NHS certificate can be issued but you have to make an appointment to see a doctor.
